Social Media Style Guide for

St. John's County Parks and Recreation

From September to December 2016

Together with four of my colleagues, I helped produce a social media style guide for the St. John's County Parks and Recreation. I aided in researching information about the target audiences and contributed to writing the final report. This project effectively increased user engagement on the two social media channels of focus, Facebook and Instagram.

The multimedia posts increased engagement on the organization's Facebook and Instagram pages. The most popular post was a 48 second video showing off the beauty of Treaty Park, with over 1.1 thousand views on Facebook.
